The introduction of Dipyridamole

Dipyridamole
Dipyridamole (trade name Persantine) is a drug, the thrombus formation inhibits chronic and leads to vasodilation given if given at high doses over a short period. Dipyridamole overdose can be treated with aminophylline and reverses its hemodynamic effects (vasodilation). Symptomatic treatment is recommended, possibly with vasopressor drug. Gastric lavage should be considered. Can reverse the administration of xanthine derivatives (eg aminophylline) the hemodynamic effects of dipyridamole overdose. Since dipyridamole is highly protein bound, dialysis is unlikely to be useful.
Dipyridamole was pressure.Dipyridamole pulmonary hypertension without significant decrease in systemic blood pressure and non-medical applications in the laboratory context, such as reducing the inhibition of the cardio virus growth in cell culture.
