The use of Ulinastatin

Ulinastatin is extracted from human urine protein, refined sugar, is a protease inhibitor. Inhibit the activity of trypsin and other trypsin effect, commonly used in the treatment of pancreatitis. In addition, the product still stable lysosomal membranes, inhibition of lysosomal enzyme release and the inhibitory effect of inhibition of cytokine production and so, therefore it can be used for emergency treatment of acute circulatory failure.
Ulinastatin is a broad-spectrum inhibitor, # 411, with inhibition for a variety of enzyme; it is used more extensive in clinical application.
Used For:
acute pancreatitis;
chronic relapsing pancreatitis;
acute circulatory failure to rescue adjuvant.
