The use of Aprotinin

Clinically for the prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis, Aprotinin is used for treating bleeding caused by fibrinolysis and disseminated intravascular coagulation. Also used anti-shock treatment. In abdominal surgery, it can be directly injected into the abdominal cavity to prevent adhesions.
Aprotinin Can inhibit trypsin and chymotrypsin, prevent other active pancreatic protease activation and the original self-activation of trypsinogen.
